IIT-Kanpur To Host AI And Big Data Technology:
The Railway ministry and IIT-Kanpur have planned to host some of the digital technologies like artificial intelligence, Big Data, machine learning and cloud computing. These project is going to be hosted at Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Raebareli.
The ministry of railways said in a statement that this project is Industry 4.0 which is referred as the fourth industrial revolution amid a current trend of automation, interconnectivity and data exchange in manufacturing technologies to increase productivity.
Jaguar I-Pace Tops Pure Electric Vehicle Sales In Q2 In The UK:
In the 2nd quarter of 2019, The Jaguar i-Pace electric car has made its position in the list of the top-selling pure electric vehicle in the United Kingdom (UK). During this period of time i.e, from April to June, Jaguar has sold a total of 937 units of the I-Pace in the UK.
The Renault Zoe and the Volkswagen e-Golf have also made their positions in the list of pure electric cars selling just after the Jaguar. The Renault Zoe is at the 2nd position and Volkswagen is at third position.
WhatsApp Was Extensively Abused During India Elections, Study Claims:
A study says that WhatsApp has made their efforts to decrease the spread of fake news by limiting the number of forwarding to five still this platform was heavily abused for spreading fake information and creating miss information campaigns during the election time in India and Brazil.
The main intention of this study was to find out how this messaging app What’s app has affected this election. The study has analysed the data throughout the election duration i.e, data from the 60 days before and 15 after the election.
Elon Musk and Tesla Violated US Federal Labour Law, Judge Rules:
A judge ruled on Friday that Tesla and its CEO, Elon Musk has broke federal labour law by targeting union activity.
This violation is including a 2018 tweet of Musk’s personal account that said nothing was stopping employees from voting, “but why pay union dues & give up stock options for nothing? Our safety record is 2X better than when plant was UAW & everybody already gets healthcare.”

LG has launched a new G-series smartphone LG G8s ThinQ in India. This phone is coming with a Hand ID to identify the pattern of veins in users’ hands for authentication by using infrared light. And also this phone is coming with Snapdragon 855 SoC processor, IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
This LG G8s ThinQ is carrying a price tag of Rs. 36,990 for its sole variant 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. This device is coming in many colour options like Mirror Black, Mirror Teal, and Mirror White colour options in India.
LG Q60 With Triple Rear Cameras Launched in India:
LG has launched a new mid-range smartphone in India. This phone is coming with triple rear cameras, a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch, a 3,500mAh battery.
This phone is carrying a price range of Rs. 13,490 for its sole variant of 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This device is coming on sale from the 1st of October.
